Brain Flynn

Flynn made his debut for the Welsh national team in the year 1975 and to this day is one of their most ever capped football players, earning 66 caps for his country. He spent nine years playing for Wales between 1975 and 1984. He started his football career playing for Burnley in 1972 and moved to Leeds United in the years 1977. He returned to Burnley between 1982 and 1984, before finishing his career playing for various clubs, including, Cardiff City, Doncaster Rovers and Bury.

Terry Yorath

In total, Terry Yorath was capped by the Welsh national team on a staggering 59 occasions and he later on went to become the manager of his nation. He played for various clubs during his successful career, including, Leeds United between 1967 and 1976, Coventry City between 1976 and 1979 and Bradford City between 1982 and 1985. he finished his career off playing for Swansea City before going into management.

Thomas is certainly one of the legends of Welsh football, being capped by his nation on 51 occasions and scoring 4 goals. He started his career off playing for Wrexham, helping the club reach the quarter finals of the European Cup winner cup. He later on moved to Wales, making over 110 appearances for the club before moving to Everton, Stoke city and Brighton and Hove Albion. He later on ended his career playing for his beloved Wrexham, famously scoring an equalizer in a 1992 FA Cup tie against Arsenal, which produced one of the shock results in football history.
