Wales Football Squad

Nicholas is arguably Wales’s finest ever centre half and made 73 appearances playing for Wales, making his debut in the year 1979. He was installed as the captain of Wales in the year 1982.
He played his football for Crystal Palace and most notably, Arsenal during the 1980 – 1981 season. He soon moved on to play for Luton Town, Aberdeen and Watford before retiring from playing in 1993.
